Arkansas Baptist Children’s Homes & Family Ministries (ABCHomes) is an agency of the Arkansas Baptist State Convention. Founded in 1894 as an orphanage, ABCHomes now operates a children’s home, a boys’ ranch, a maternity home for pregnant teenagers, three emergency shelters, and six counseling sites. Children in care attend local public schools. Counseling services, case management, recreational opportunities, and spiritual guidance are just a few of the services provided for residents.
