Indiana Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Home to Close
Due to the economic crisis and tightening of state budgets, the residential education program Indiana Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Home, one of two remaining programs founded after the Civil War for orphan children, is on the Governor’s list of programs to be cut.
